Pick Up time

How long do you have to wait for someone to contact you via ebay to pick something up atyour place before you can re sell. 1 week, 2 weeks. they have not paid and have not contacted. It id s dining suite and we have no room to keep more than 1 month from selling. Have not received payment yet either.

Did you provide a 'pick up by' date in the listing? Have you contacted the successful bidder?

If you haven't received payment within 4 days, you can open a 'Unpaid Item Case', commonly referred to as a NPB. Four days after you can close the case (if they don't pay) and you will get your sale fees refunded, the NPB will get a strike and you are free to relist the item.

have you phoned them to arrange a time for collection?

they should only be paying Cash on Pick up, not paypal, so of course the item isnt paid yet.

you cannot relist it until you have at least opened and closed a non payer case. if you have not contacted them about collection do so now if they dont pick up, then you should open a dispute, close it 4 days later and then, and only then, can you relist the item

just looked at yr listing, you did say pickup in SEVEN DAYS, and its only been 2 so you shouldnt open a nonpayer dispute before the 7 days you listed.

Thank you, I haven't sold a lot of items, I did not realise I have that written on my item. most people contact you with 1 day of selling.

Thank you I have emailed them with my details to arrange pick and payment I have heard nothing. I willl waint another 7 days.

If you haven't heard anything after a couple of days you can get their phone number through Advanced Search and give them a call. If they say they have changed their minds then you can open an unpaid item dispute after 4 days and close it 4 days later and then relist or send a second chance offer if there were other bidders.
