I can't find again how I added extra wording details to all my invoices, does anyone know how ..thanks

Got to My eBay > Account > Manage communication with buyers, then click edit in the box with the heading Need to send an invoice?

No problem - I'm glad I double-checked how to do it, because (in unrelated news), I noticed you can now tick a box to prevent buyers from adding messages during checkout. (Not that I would, personally, but it was interesting to note ).
