HTML description option only?

Im trying to list items, when i click on "Sell similar" it only comes up with HTML text in the description and no options to change font, size, or color etc?

Even when i go to create new listing, and copy and paste it won't copy across the exact same from my saved word document, and again no option to change the listing style of writing, font, size or color,

Can anyone advise on what's going on?

Hi--I had same probs last week. On to E Bay 3 times and they advised to download anothers programme eg Firefox. I have had Explorer forever. After 2 days of getting nowhere it came back but with some options missing - but at least I can get some 'stuff' on now. Like you, i was unable to even revise --all went to HTML and no font / colour etc. E Bay said they had not heard of this problem--seems it was more widespread that I was being told ..

Do you use IE as your browser? It has been a problem since the most recent update to IE.

Or switch to using Firefox or Chrome
