sent wrong item to my buyer and this one costs more at first he said he will pay difference but now he will not even reply to my emails how do i report him

You sent the wrong item and you want to report the buyer??? What for?

Send him the right item and pay for him to return the wrong one to you.

you cant you made the mistake and now you need to wear it

you need to be more careful with your online selling practices

and packaging and postage with trackable means(re-your other post)

its not the buyers fault at all

you could politely ask them to return the item and you pay the whole costs for this

and post the correct item to him at your expense as well

or just leave it as is as they did not make the error you did and it will be a good lesson well learned

he wont send me the other one back even though i said i will pay for postage he want to keep the more expensive item and not pay the difference

Unless the item you sent was a lot more than the item that was paid for it sounds like you have come out of this very well. If he had sent the item back to you by trackable post and you had paid to send the correct one out it would have cost quite a bit.
