I was playing around as am investigating how to create a shop using current registration. Thinking 'account type' had something to do with this, I changed it from Personal to Business, but nothing happed. So, I need to change this back to Personal but can't and also want to know how to create a shop using your current account if at all possible, or do you have to open another separate account?

As far as I know once you have changed to a business account you can't change back, you could try calling ebay tomorrow and asking if it is possible.

To open a store click on the Account tab then subscriptions and under ebay stores click subscribe on whichever level of store you wish to open.

Thank's for your response. I did ring e-bay and there is defintely no way you can now get rid of Business type once changed. I asked them to bring this up with their revision team for future changes. I'm not a business and don't want to be classified as one.
