Problem uploading photos

I am using firefox to start a new listing and when I click 'add photo' nothing happens- It doesnt seem to register that I have clicked and so I am unable to get to the browse option screen. I have cleared cache and cookies and the photos are taken with an iphone and seem to be the correct size. It has been several years since I have listed on EB so I am not to sure what I have done wrong- any help would be greatly appreciated- thanks Michele

Try forcing a fresh reload by pressing CTRL and F5. If that doesn't help, a Java update might do the trick.

Thanks Digital Ghosts! After you mentioned about undating 'java' I realised that I hadnt updated the most recent version of Firefox as I mainly use a couple of other browsers...Thanks again for you help!
