Generally you need 10 feedback to sell internationally. There are shortcuts that seem to apply if you register a credit card.

Are you sure you want to sell internationally first up? There are a lot of pitfalls.

eg if you sell to Australia, you are covered by Paypal seller protection, which requires proof of POSTAGE.

If an international buyer buys through their site, you will be subject to eBay protection, which entails proof of DELIVERY. An expensive option, I believe.

Are your items in demand world-wide, with few suppliers? If not, maybe just sell domestically until you get a benchmark.
