Is there a way that multiple items can be marked as sent at the same time rather than having to go into each individual listing to do so

I just tick them one byone on the my eBay All Selling page from the dr.down menu next to the item, no need to open each individual listing then

You can sign up to the free Selling Manager and it gives you the option to bulk update all sold items.

To subscribe: in your My eBay under the Account tab, click on Subscriptions.
