Multi Channel Selling Platforms

Hi all,

I am interested in finding out from Power Sellers which multi channel selling platform/s they use and have used in the past and which of those they rate as being the best or most reliable. I have looked at the websites for a heap of them including Vendio, Volution, ChannelAdvsior, SellerExchange, Magneto, Kyozou and more. They all have good reviews and plenty of bad ones, with many seeming to suffer poor customer service standards.

Which do you have experience with?

Which do you think are value for money?

Which platforms have the best tech support?

Which platform/s are the easiest to use? (I'm not tech-minded)

I am considering Volution as the starting point...do you agree/disagree and why?

Don't you qualify? Rhetorical, btw.

You seem to be asking which off-eBay sites you should use. I doubt you will get many answers here. Maybe do your own research?

You have to be a power seller to access that board. And it is unlikely you will get more relevant answers than here. Assuming somebody posts something relevant.

OP is not asking which other sites they can use to sell, what they are looking for is a facility keeping track of stock, invoicing, processing orders etc and generally having all in one place info from different selling venues.

I don't sell anywhere except ebay but I do know somebody who used Marketworks and were happy with it, can't be of any further help I am afraid.
