HI CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I SEEM TO HAVE LOST MY TOOLBAR WHEN I AM TRYING TO SELL ITEMS CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO RESTORE IT. THANKS IN ADVANCE VICKI

there have been a few members who have had this situation, mostly when using Internet Explorer. For some, the solution is as simple as going to the Tools drop down menu and scrolling down to Compatibility View Settings and when the window loads you click the "Add" box to add eBay website to your list. If you are working with IE then try this, if it doesn't work then come back and let us know. Someone may have another fix for this situation.

This fix worked for me after I upgraded from IE9 to IE11.
