Cannot access Seller Dashboard

When I go to My ebay Summary , select account.............the seller dashboard still does not come up. What do you think would stop this? It came up twice days ago but has since disappeared.

See if you can access it from the link options on your feedback profile. (Member quick links on the right hand side).

You're showing 11 stars, so it should be available.

Are you going through your My eBay page? I find the easiest way is to click on my feedback and then seller dashboard from there.

The dashboard gets refreshed on the 21st day each month and gets updated daily until the final day of the month. You probably cannot see it because it has not hit the 21st day yet.

Hope that helps. My dashboard only hows upto 31st December still

hi. why does the dashboard say 'updated daily' when it's only updated 'daily' during the last third of a month?!

On the 20th of each month (in the USA/21st in Australia) Ebay re-evaluates selling accounts to see who qualified for TRS status

DSR rarely update daily. They have a lag time even after feedback is left - eBays way to keep them 'secret'. If you run DSR reports, you can work it out but i don't bother
