Is there any way to make existing stored pics jpegs bigger in sizew to comply with this large pic policy???

I take my pics with my Camera at 8 Megapical and have my scanner set at 600 DPI for pics I scan I then use Jasc Paintshop Pro and Resize them until they come close to 100%. and I have no probs. I shouls mention I host my Pics on Photobucket, When I start getting warnings that I have used 85% of my drive space I just go and delete the old pics that I no longer require.

You can enlarge an image using pretty much any standard image editing software, though usually at the cost of resolution, depending on how much they need to be enlarged by.

This tool can find undersized images and generate low quality but enlarged images as repacements you can upload quickly and easily, but should probably only be used as a temporary stop-gap measure since the quality will suffer: http://www.isdntek.com/ebaytools/ListingPhotoSizes.htm

Microsoft office picture manager has a simple resize tool

open pic with picture manager

goto edit picture

select resize

you can custom size it or make it simple and use the pre-defined height and width tool.
