Printing new ebay labels - help

Hi having trouble printing the new ebay postage label on a very normal hp inkjet printer. it simply will not print. Does anyone out there have any ideas? Thanks

I don't use the ebay print function very often as it is easier to use click & send site if you need to print more than one label but the few I have done I have had no problems with, I have both a laser printer and an ink jet and use both.

It may have something to do with your printer settings, I have no idea what or how to fix it if I did I am afraid.

It may be a browser related issue, rather than a printer issue. Have you tried to reprint using a different browser?
