For some reason, this feature is disabled in my account, buyers leave feedback, but the item they bought don't show up, is there a way to activate this option, it used to work in my account before, but i don't know what exactly happened.

If you have your items set up as private listings the item doesn't show up in your feedback.

When you list an item make sure you don't have the box ticked that says Private Listing.

If you have items listed with no bids currently on them you should be able to revise the listings and untick that box.

OMG I just saw this................... ebay no longer put the title of the auction in the f/b just the ITEM NUMBER

WELLL.............. that'll make f/b checking as good as useless!!!!

It is only the buyer's feedback that does not show the item name Putney....and it only happened in the last 12 hours.

The seller's feedback still shows the item title.

The Kazbar has started a thread about this as well.

I saw this thread last night and just assumed the same as Jen did, as my feedback was still normal at midnight...it has all changed now though.

So i bought a stereo about 9 months ago. I have gone to my feedback to find when I bought it as I wish to buy another one from the same seller. But now none of my feedback has a description. SO what do I do now.

you can go back into your email account and see if you can find the PayPal payment advice OR the eBay 'You won' email if you still have them. I have folders in my email account for these things so I can go back and check. One folder is just for PayPal emails, another is for invoices etc etc. They don't clog my inbox as I move them to the appropriate folder as soon as they arrive. I can go back and check emails right back to when I joined eBay.

You should be able to find it in your purchase history, in the archived section.

Click on Purchase History in the dropdown menu for My eBay, then check the Archived box, and it will display all purchases from 2012 (you can look through up to 3 years purchase history there).

So i bought a stereo about 9 months ago. I have gone to my feedback to find when I bought it as I wish to buy another one from the same seller. But now none of my feedback has a description. SO what do I do now.

In addition to LOTB and D*G's advice, you can also go into your PayPal account (if you bought it using PP) and search Purchases with the date range of around 9 months ago. It should show a number or transactions and the stereo should be listed in there, with the seller's name listed under "Seller's ID."
