I did not demand a refund from the e-bay seller, it's not his fault. &nbsp;No one owns ANY Steam games. You basically are paying a one-time indefinite rental fee for games, you do NOT own them in any way, shape, or form. At any point it chooses, Valve can lock you out of your Steam account and you lose access to all games purchased via Steam.
