Technical error when relisting

I've been relisting my items every 10 days for years now and never had a problem. Today I tried to relist and I get the error:

You can not submit your listing due to the following problems

Please enter a valid value.
An error has occurred
Go back and edit my listing

I have cleared my cache as eBay told me to do but it hasn't helped.. anyone else experienced this?

Try using a different browser. If you are using IE, it has conflicts with eBay.

chrome or firefox work more smoothly with eBay.

Otherwise, try putting ebay.com.au into your list of compatibility view sites, or taking it out if it is in 🙂

tools menu in Internet Explorer, then Compatibility View Settings, add ebay.com.au, ok. Or remove it.

Some updates, it works better as compatibility view.

Unsure why you list for 10 days instead of 30 but if you did use 30 you could list GTC.

Definitely try using a different browser and check to make sure that the relist has not lost information in one of the obligatory fields.

It sounds like ebay has deleted subcategories that you are targeting. If that is the problem you will need to place your item/s into the parent category and pray ..
