how can I get ebay to remove negative feedback

I sold someone an item and they did not pay for it, once I placed a claim with ebay for them being a non-paying bidder they put a negative on my site.

Did the unpaid item case go through and a strike recorded against the buyer?

From ebay :

Negative Feedback left as a result of the following situations may be removed:

A buyer didn't pay for an item and an unpaid item case is recorded against the buyer.

if you opened and closed a Non paying bidder case against them, within the ebay timeframe, and got your fvf refunded you can call ebay and ask them to remove the fb.
