      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't see any reason that you can't change your mind but if the buyer has not accepted your counter offer they may have already bought elsewhere.&amp;nbsp; You should perhaps ask them if they still want it at their offer price before accepting it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If they decide not to pay you should not open an Unpaid Item dispute as you have mucked them around.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have counter offered you can't go back and accept their initial offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer would have to counter offer back again at their original offer price to be able to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
