topic getting higher selling limits in Selling

I requested a higher selling limit, gave my bank account details, had two small amounts transferred to my account by eBay, then ran into a brick wall. What do I do next? Who do I contact about these two small amounts I've received? I can find nothing anywhere on the eBay site. When I select CONTACT US there's a bit of activity in the command line, then the screen remains exactly as it was. This is extremely frustrating.

I'm pretty sure it's PayPal not eBay that transfers the two small amounts into your bank account. Try logging in to your PayPal account - there should be an option there to confirm the amounts and activate the selling account with higher limits.

This happened to me when I wanted to raise the limit from 10 items per month to $100 for days I tried every couple of days to no avail and as it was christmas I just didn't worry about listing. I think I phoned ebay by going through the back door, (something selling related). Last week I tried to request another limit raise and the same thing happened.. Then that amazing light bulb with the light appeared and I worked out that my pop up blocker/add block was on. In the end I still had to contact them to discuss my goals on here but they did raise my limit from 100 pm to 400 pm. The irony now is that I have a glitch in my listings that is blocking some buyers and make an offer which I never use is automatically ticked when I list. So I have started listing from scratch again and Im nowhere near 100 listings lol 😕
