You have time for announcements about the stupid galaxy 5 but you can't be bothered letting us know what is going on with our listings and why we can't edit re list revise or even put a new listing up! 24 hours and still no fix and no word..

Wonder why this is an infuriating problem for some and not others.

I have just checked to see whether I can revise and everything seems fine. I was able to revise as I normally would be able to do.

Hope your issues are sorted out quickly.

It would drive me up the wall as well !!!

Same issue here. Everything is in hotmail and can't edit shipping options for my listings. It been like this since yesterday.....

Have found a work around although it takes longer, if you go into your active listings, and choose two listings and select edit selected, it will take you to the bulk editor. You can then update everything including descriptions by editing individually, painful but at least you can revise, list etc

Just found I can revise a listing if it has no variations.

But listings that have variations will not revise.

I am now able to list when I'm on Safari, but it won't work with Firefox.

Last week we ran 6x 3-day auctions to see if maybe it might boost sales a bit.

100% of those ended without a single view, watch or bid. Nothing!

Just blew our listing fees. And since our items average only about $10 this is hard to recover from.

Which is why we rarely list auctions unless they hand out FREE listings.

I have just switched to IE (my least favoured ) and I got half way through a listing...knew it was too good to be true...still cant upload photos 😞

Your comment takes me back to another thread where I stated that "if my listing was on page 85 (or whatever) of my category, and I only had 1 view (eBays vet) then I didn't have a hope in hell of selling my item. But if my listings were in the first 20 pages, I would get a lot of views/watchers which could translate into a sale".

Didn't eBay lead us to believe if you had Premium Badging then those listings got a better spot in the queue? I don't have PBS, but you do. If you decided to do that experiment again (3 day auctions), have a scroll through and see where you are in the pecking order. That will give you a good indication of whether eBay are keeping up their end or not.

Ok...back on Firefox - cleared cache & cookies and now working?!?
Maybe they were Ebay cookies causing the problem :0

Clearing cookies is a must do if ever anything on eBay plays up.

I've had multiple issues over time that are fixed this way.

A CS rep advised me to do this years ago and it works.

eBay has real issues with its cookies.

Somebody else has noticed how bad ebay cookies are.

2 computers ago I invested in a high tech security set up and it really struggled with ebay cookies.

Even more troublesome than the bad ones from adult entertainment sites.
