Is anybody having trouble using this? I have tried for the past week and cannot get it to work. First, it was completely unavailable. Second, I keep getting the "ship from invalid state" error despite all the details being accurate. So frustrating!

We have been having the same trouble.

We managed to correct the "ship from invalid state" by going into our preferences and re-saving our own address details.

Nothing changed, just a re-save.

I did that and I am still having the same problem....

Btw I have only just come back to ebay after taking a break and there have been many changes since. What is the difference between click and send through the auspost website and the ebay postage labels (is that still the click and send via ebay?).

I am having no trouble in Chrome. Has your browser been recently updated? I find that it can play havoc with C&S and eBay.

Click and Send you pay as you go through Australia Post whereas with ebay postage labels the cost goes onto your ebay account.
