If it says she has then you can bet she has non payment strikes against her. She can't see them but that's what happens when sellers open and close non payment dispute cases. Seller gets their FVF refunded buyer gets a strike. go here and click on buyer requirements, click on show, to see what your blocks are that you have in place.
http://my.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&CurrentPage=MyeBayPreferences&FClassic=true&ssPageName=STRK:ME:MAPRX&_trksid=p5039.m2295.l3927

Hello all! It's been a very long time since I have visited these boards....and haven't things changed!! I would very much appreciate some advice from the experts please 🙂 I had a question from someone wishing to place a bid on one of my listings (number:

251477761093). She stated: "I am also trying to place a bid and its saying I cant purchase due to unpaid item cases against me, im confused as I dont have any cases against me". I have since looked at the listing, and someone else has successfully placed a bid. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be very grateful. Thanks!!

Thanks very much for getting back to me 🙂 And that's pretty much the reason WHY I haven't sold anything for such a long time....I had a very bad experience with someone, and without even checking the link (thankyou for that!), I do recall restricting the settings back then. I checked her (all positive) feedback, but I didn't want to suggest that she might have ebay strikes against her - hence the name very 'nice' witch and not bad

Thanks very much again, I really appreciate being able to come to these boards and get help from the experts!

Her feedback will be all positive as a buyer, as a buyer cannot be given a negative from a seller, for years now.

So she may well have not paid for items, received strikes, and the sellers could not give her a negative.

It is somewhat of a contentious issue.

Verynicewitch, you have a very nice ID 🙂

Thankyou amber-eyed-girl!!! I'm very fond of it....although if I had my time again, I sure wish I had though twice about taking it (in part) from my email address- makes it too easy for inquistive (read nosy/ stalkerish) people to find me on here and look at what I buy/ sell. Oh well....such is life
