Turbo Lister problem - relisting

I am unable to relist an item through Turbo Lister as it wants me to make a change in the 'start date & time' section, and I don't know how to.

It was originally listed on 25/11/13 and it needs to be changed!

Does anyone know how to do this please?

I only use TL for initial lists.

Maybe - look at 'Listing Activity' for the item. If it isn't there (it probably is unless you synchronize [sic] regularly), then look at 'Ended'? The other option anyway.

Then select 'relist' or 'sell similar'.

Did you originally schedule the listing? That might be the issue - untick the scheduled time option.

Other than that, I can't think of anything.

Turbo Lister hasn't worked for me since mid last year.

It gave similar errors then & now I keep getting photo package errors as well.

I asked ebay for help but of course got none.

I can't relist via Turbo Lister nor even upload a new listing.

I wiped Turbo Lister & started again - still no good.

Another reason why I'm not happy about the new ebay greed fee that is about to start.

Ebay are hitting us with high fees now which are about to be higher but don't help when there is an issue to fix.

My advice is to try elsewhere =

I downloaded quicksales.com.au express lister yesterday & am about to give that a try when I move a few items.

So far, it is MUCH easier than ebay's turbo lister & it is free to list.
