Trouble giving Feedback

I can normally get through pretty quick when I call customer support but waiting time was 20 minutes today, waited but gave up after 35 minutes on hold! Sent email instead about error.

Anyone else having trouble giving feedback to buyers and sellers? Tried all my ID's with same error "Input Error".

Its about time they employed better programmers, so many errors all the time.

I just went in and left feedback for a seller to check and mine is all good.

If you are a buyer leaving FB for a seller it may be that they are TRS or PS - and you need to wait 7 days I think, not sure.

Try clearing cache and cookies, and use Firefox or Chrome as they are more eBay compatible.

We have a number of buyers on our list that show up as no FB left by us. Not true!

We get reminder messages from ebay all the time to leave FB for them.

But when we try we get a message that says something like you have already left FB.

So looks like a similar glitch to what you are experiencing.

Looking on the buyer's FB we can see the FB we have left too.

We never forget to leave FB as its part of the process we use when packing & sending.

Also we use it as a quick confirmation that we have actually packed and sent the item and when.

Yes - having trouble on Google Chrome with error message appearing.

thank goodness its not just me, was thinking why would they not let me give feedback.

Tired all the browers and links from feedback profile page.

Error message when trying to give feedback to buyers.

Not going to worry about it anymore, if they can't get there act into gear by now...............

Customer service called me back, another glitch and will be fixed this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
