advert at the top of my ebay page - New ebay store packages - zero insertion fees

I click on it and it comes up with access denied?????

If you want to open a store, go through the site map - selling.

Same result. And there are limits. Currently 80 or 200, but due to be 200 or 500 next month. Unless you're going to open an anchor store, in which case all listings are free.

it hasn't changed that much in the last 2 years rama. As you have items for sale your seller registration must be valid.

just seems strange that every time I click the free insertion fee link that it tells me access is denied
