can you let us know if you are the seller or buyer?

If you are the seller you can click the underbidder's ID on the bid list and then use the 'contact member' link from their feedback page.

If you are a winning bidder on an item you can not contact the underbidder, but you can ask the seller to get the underbidder to contact you. They are under no obligation to do so though, but you can ask.
