I have a buyer who bought and item and opened a non recieved dispute

The buyer now has recieved the items but said one was missing

anyway we have agreed to a partial $5 refund

How do i do this? When i go into the dispute it dosent give me the option of a partial refund

You need to go to the original payment in Paypal, in your Paypal history.

that should allow a partial refund.

then, in the dispute, say you have done that. Paypal can then check it.

Paypal disputes do not have an option for a part refund, as that is arranged between you and the buyer.

all Paypal can do is check you have, and then that the buyer is content, and then it will be closed.
