Hi guys

It has been years since I have sent a package (non letter shape) overseas.

Does anyone have a sample picture of the documentation that is required

for small packages (under 500g and under $100 in value).

Is the same documentation used regardless of whether one uses the

prepaid Reg'd Post padded bags or your own packaging?

Is this something that can also be done via Click and Send and if so is

the documentation format different?

Thanks in advance

p.s I am trying to avoid taking a walk in the rain to my local PO to ask all

these questions, the staff often seem crabby or peeved 😞

I use click and send for international parcels - usually I use their pack and track option which is $6 extra but has tracking

You can fill out the form online - including the customs declaration - print out the copies, and then pay at the PO.

Thanks. Except for the 'dedicated' tracking I think for a similar price Registered Post International suits me better

as it automatically includes $100 cover (the other does not)

and now I am just trying to understand the documentation requirements

prepaid padded bag versus own packaging and also whether it is different

for click and send or whether I still have to obtain the documentation

(consignment notes etc etc) from the Post Office regardless of which

way I go.
