This is my reply from ebay so hope his link works for all, and a i can return the favour for those who have helped me before. Our Marketing Team has already confirmed that the offer is legit. Thanks JUSTCRUISIN, Worked for me too. 150 free listings, invitation only, non store holders. ( PS You should have heard the wife groan when I told her. We're just about free listed out at our house after 600 from three accounts two weeks ago )......... LOL

That would be because it's for non store accounts.
