Missing Listings

We have a non-store ID where we list Auction style listings only.

At the moment we have 29 active auction listings on that ID.

Under SELL lists on the left side when I click Active all 29 show up.

But when I am actually in one of the listings and click the "See Other Items" link only 11 of my active listings show up.

That means that potential buyers are missing seeing 18 of my active listings.

I can't see why this would be so.

Any ideas please anybody?

The only thing I can think of is if they were accidentally listed on ebay.com (USA) site, but then they would show in US dollars.

It used to happen to me all the time - this might sound crazy - it hasn't happened since I switched to Firefox??? I was using IE

Yeah we dont use IE at all.

Both Firefox and Chrome and sometimes Opera

I gave a prospective buyer in the US an item no for one of my item numbers on a different ID.. She looked at that, then when she went to see sellers other items and 0 came up. I asked ebay about that and they said tell her to clear her cookies etc. she was able to see them after that.

We installed Selling Manager (standard) to the ID.

That seems to have cleared the issue up.
