someone changed the click and send flat rate pages and it's missing some information:

the flat rate box page:

http://stores.ebay.com.au/australiapoststore/pages/australia-post-store-boxes/

has NO prices for the postage or the codes you need to enter into clickandsend site when you fill out postage information to create the labels.

Hopefully someone can let them know and sort it out. I CBF filling out Aust Post email page which takes a long time to get a result.

yeh, but what about the pricing, I use the satchels mostly and don't remember the prices for the boxes and when I'm trying to enter postage when listing in ebay, I don't want to go thru creating a clickandsend label to get the postage price.

They have all the information in the satchels page but not the boxes page (http://stores.ebay.com.au/australiapoststore/pages/australia-post-store-satchels/)

Here's the pricing for the boxes. Write it down somewhere so you can access the info when creating listings.

B1 box - $6.50

B2 box - $10.50

B4 box - $13.25

Plus an extra $1 for signature on delivery & up to $100 compensation.

The B1 box is only $6.50 to post up to 15kgs.

The box is $1.75, postage is $6.50

queried this with Australia Post and click and send teams a few days ago, and this is their reply:

I do apologise, at this stage our prices for the Flat Rate Postage boxes is not available online.

These flat rate postage prices are:
BX1 - $6.50
BX2 - $10.50
BX4 - $13.25

Tracking with Signature, is an additional $1.00.
(When you select this option, this makes the article a signature service and you are covered for up to $100 for loss or damage).

We are working on getting the pricing back on our website, in the meantime if you need any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Everyone please remember to keep your lodgement receipt, I have a claim in for a lost parcel now and even though the tracking has me lodging the item and that it got as far as a sorting centre I still need to produce the receipt to prove it was lodged. I guess they were hoping I couldn't find this so they didn't have to pay me for the postage, this was for tracking only not signature so they are saying out of good will they will refund the postage but not the item.

These Click and Send claims are getting interesting.

I always keep a .pdf of the labels when I print them out, and have been glad that I did. I have one claim (so far !) for a missing parcel where tracking is showing as 'Delivered', recipient states she never received it and I had the Delivery Instructions:
If premises unattended place a card in the post box and leave parcel at nearest AP outlet.

So it was safe dropped contra to my instructions. Or it was never delivered. Or who knows what.

Regardless, I'm really pushing AP to compensate me even though it didn't need to be signed for. It's taken 2 months and it's an item worth less than $20, but I'm doing it because I don't think AP should get away with not providing the service I paid for.

BTW, this was not an eBay purchase and I believe the recipient is telling the truth. I sent her a replacement when it became evident that the parcel was lost or stolen.
