when i write a description on my listing and edit later i noticed the words all run into each other

That is why you pay eBay something like 17% of your turnover, to use their customer service in such situations, just ring them (do you know how to 'get there'?) homenme.

I have never had that problem, but I always edit thru TurboLister.

you need to make sure you use the Text tab in description, not HTML tab

put a full stop at end of sentences.

and do NOT use the all capital letters, start sentences with a Capital and all other words lower case.

use the enter button on your computer keyboard to make a new line

oh and, the Perfume you have listed. Unless you have a special licence from Australia Post, you are not allowed, as a private seller, to post perfume thru the mail.
