Hi guys,

I have the Fanstix products for sale..I offer buyers free standard postage for a limited quantity...I didn't have express post on my listings.

A buyer orders, pays, then asks if I can express post by next day (today)..I tell him not enough notice as I wasn't near my stock.

I have offered to send them express post with normal Aust Post charge for 3kg satchell..delivery on Friday.cost $14.70 for more than 5 items.

Question..How do I add this charge to the original order?..

I have changed my Postal Policy to include Express postage as per Aust Post costings.

Now Buyer is not responding..I'm running out of time to send by tomorrow.

I have given buyer deadline and advised him that I will send items by Standard Post, if he doesn't respond.

Comments/Advice please?

Thanks

Mike

I think you have done all you can - if he wanted express post he should have paid extra through paypal

If you get no response by mailing time, I think I would just post.

(Another hazard of free postage, some buyers think it is actually free )
