It's not, unless you have added something like a subtitle.

Have you gone over your free allocation?

Though I thought those listings were either $1.50 or $3.50 above a certain amount

Hi, No subtitle just relisting from a sale that ended with no sale, i've been selling for years so i know the drill, i checked my other account and it was the usual $1.50. Bizarre!
