Buyer abused me by Ebay message

called me a '**bleep**'

& left neg. feedback

& so far ebay have done nothing

is this fair

If he was a non-payer give ebay a ring and they should remove his neg.

Did you open and close a non payer case? You have 32 days to do so.

Then the feedback will also be removed.

You get your fee back and buyer gets a strike on their account for 12 months.

You also leave false positives for buyers (breach of rules) and have more than one customer saying you are rude.

If you feel the abuse was unwarranted, report the buyer to eBay and show them the 'abusive' messages, remembering that the entire conversation, back and forward, will be visible to eBay.
