You remove it from your house and go to the post office then onward ship it to your buyer.

I assume if you have received payment for it, that the item has been sold and is thus in your sold list.

Tick the little box to the left of the item, scroll down and click delete or archive.

Even better would be to mark it as paid, followed, soon, by marking it as posted.
