Anyone else having trouble with live chat? Tried off and on all day yesterday and so far this morning. " No agent available please try again later??"

Same here. I cant' even find the option for live chat on contact anymore. There are only two options: phone or email us.

I sent an email to ebay and they said it will take about 24 - 48 hrs to get back to me.

Live chat is there - is just trickier to find I have noticed. I just click a few things to see if 'chat with us' is an option available to me.

I am using PC.

Customer Support (top right) > Contact Us (bottom right) > click Buying > click Buying Basics > click How to bid or buy > wait a bit > then look at 2) Contact options > for me it shows "Chat with us" as an option

Live chat is only open on certain questions, I just tried 6 different questions and it was only available on 4 of them. More than likely your question had to be handled by a higher level support person who can open your account and have a look, while they have you on the phone, Because the chance of losing chat, cut off's and drop out's may happen if changing page views while helping you fix your problem
