we had 150 last week

either you get a message or it shows down the bottom of your selling page, or someione will post a link on the boards, so keep a look out on the boards

not usually

most times lots of us "don't get them" but after someone provides the link here, it generallyb works for us all.

Sometimes there are promotions just for stores too

they seem to be either for the basic accounts or store accounts each time iykwm

Just keep an eye on the boiards, some kind soul usually publishes a link
