If it was an unpaid item case, no. If someone has left you a negative after an unpaid case as been closed, contact customer support and ask them to remove it. Closing an unpaid case prevents both the seller and buyer from leaving feedback because no transaction took place.

Another thing, stop leaving false positive feedback against non paying buyers. It's against eBay's policy and if the buyer reports you, YOU get the violation against your account and the buyer gets to keep the green dot after eBay removes your comment.
