I can't believe that there are actually 2 people bidding on that phone. Obviously the newbie does not know to read feedback before bidding.

horizon - I assume you are reporting dodgy items directly to ebay through the report system

not much is gained by addressing the board members

I have reported all his items & have received eBay email which assured me that their Trust & Safety team were on the job.

With a feedback rate of 66.7%, I'd be surprised if he will be listing anything else for awhile. I reported it for keyword spamming, (it said iphone 4 4G (not S4) and I don't think you're allowed to do that), so I thought what the heck! It would be interesting to know how many others reported him and their reasons why (only because I'm a sticky beak!)

This seems to be going on a lot on ebay, I have reported this seller 3 times to ebay but listed once again 141361137759 ebay really needs to knuckle down on this
