click and send drama

hi all

i logged on to c&s today all worked well until i got to the printing stage and then it just froze,closed the window down come back in for another try and its not showing items that need to be printed

Ive already paid postage is there anything i can do??

Ring Click and Send they will refund the Postage costs that you paid then try again

I have had this happen to me alot in the last few weeks

Oh dear it is playing up today and doesn't want to print labels.

Ring Australia Post as they are often able to "locate" the labels and email them to you.

I just had this issue and managed to print labels from thehistory/tracking menu - item history.

Whilst it would not generate a label to actually view in pop up box on screen, when I printed contents of this blank pop-up anyway, the labels were actually viewable in the printer screen and printed labels ok.

Same thing is happening to me, bit of a pain but did get it to work in the end. Log into the click and send website (this only worked for me on IE and not Chrome), Transaction history then you'll have the option to click on the items you've already paid for and reprint the dockets.

I wish they would get all of their glitches fixed up!!

Its taking longer than usual due to an extra large file size (something about the new ebay logo and the file size too big)

If you are on a fast broadband then it is only marginally slower than usual but if you aren't then you will need to be REALLY patient.

C&S and I have never been friends, we do not get a long at all. I rarely use it as the satchel sizes are not suitable, but when I do, gggrrrr I have never had a problem free run yet!

Actually, does anyone else think they need a satchel in between the 500g and the 3kg? Seems a hell of a jump to me - maybe a 1.5kg for $8.95 or something - sorry, don't mean to hijack the thread, just popped into my mind

I had no shortage of issues with it last night, took 30 mins to print one label! Typical case of not having the capacity to meet demand.

i wish there was a middle size satchel got a book just under 1Kg and yes sadly got to use the 3kg one

I've been finding that the printing stage takes quite a while, i normally walk away from the computer while it loads the printing screen, normally freezes for about 2 to 3 minutes every time then it finally loads. I just find it's best not to touch it and let it load, do anything else and it crashes 😕

I had no problems last night but one hung at the print stage so I rang them and they emailed me the PDF file and waited on the phone until it came through.

Processed a couple more labels this evening and just went off and did something else and after half an hour the print preview finally finished loading.
