Problems with incorrect address on Print Postage Label icon

I have had a Parcel returned to sender because the adddress was incomplete (i.e doesnt mnatch what is onm the Invoice). I used the Print Postage label system. When I contacted the buyer and Ebay both stated the full address was there but they cannot view the Print POstage Label sytem. Ebay said I have to contact Australia Post to see why Print Postage label doesnt show the full address. Does anyone else come accross this problem. This has happened twice now and I am basically having to pay double for postage if I return it back to Buyer or cancel the transcation and lose a sale.

Should ebay hold some responsibility for the Print Postage Label system being incorrect.
