I recently received a message from buyer in the US stating my postage rate for shoes was a joke! The total cost for each pair was only $14.00

I know the standard less than 500grams Registered Rate is around $22.00 . However when i chekced myseld and put in 3 pairs to the US which would be less than 2kg it stated post would be round $40.00. There is also no option to add eg 2kg to US package for multiple purchases

Could more experienced sellers let me know how they get aound this.

If I add a message saying contact me for combined post options I would need to do this for each listing and as I have over 500 listings it would be very time consuming.

thanks

Exactly, and we can't do a thing about it !!! Sux . . . . . .
That's why I'm hoping she carries out her threat to cancel the order 🙂
In which case, I am best off to wait and open UI case aren't I or Cancel Order - Buyer Changed Mind - oh dear, this new Defective system . . . . . . .
