hi everyone,

i'm a new ebay seller and i want to sell two of my items on ebay. but after i list my items, ebay removed all of them and sent me an email as below:

MC010 eBay account restriction

Thanks for selling on eBay. It's important that we speak with you about recent activity on your account. Because of this activity:
- We've temporarily restricted your selling privileges until you call us to verify your account.
- Any active or pending listings have been removed. You can see a list of removed items below.

i followed the link that provided but found nothing!!! i dont know what to do and i dont know the problem now. why ebay makes it so complicated?!?! did anyone have the same problem before? Really appreciate if someone can help me!

What were you trying to sell? Have you verified your account with eBay and PayPal? From memory it's a phone verification where they send you a text message. You have to have a verified PayPal account to be able to sell.

Hopefully others can offer further advice, it's been awhile now since I set up my selling account.

You need to call them and do the above.

I'm a new seller too. Well, I've had my account for a few months (or more) , but I never received this warning.

I would call them. They may have picked something up. Have you had another eBay account and used the same details? Or have you been violating the listing policies? (this is VERY easy to do!)
Doesn't sound like you're in too much torubble. They just wish to speak to you. Give them a call and explain the email and that you tried to follow the link provided in it but to no avail and they will help you out .
