Buyer paid but changed mind

Buyer bought and paid for wardrobe on a collection only listing and then realised they lived miles away and it would cost too much to collect and want a refund. Where do I stand? Do I gave to refund as lusting was clear!!

Yes, I would issue a refund and then send them a request for cancellation, using the buyer changed mind option. If they don't accept the cancellation, I think you can close it in 7 days to get your fees back.

Refund less the fees and storage costs because if they decline the request to cancel then you are stuck with the fees.

If they accept the request then refund the remaining amount.

Oh, I didn't think of it like that, I just thought he must be from New Zealand and may have had some fush and chups after he'd finished preparing his lustings.
