Managing postage label site issues

hi there

is anyone else having problems with trying to change an address if the buyer has incorrectly entered their address so i can print out a postage label?

Sometimes it is over something like they have put their town in the space of their suburb and so on, yet it is not accepting any changes at all at present?

great to from anyone who is having this kerfuffle or just me.....

Hi - The first thing I do is check the postcode against the suburb given.You will normally get a list. If that's correct then I check the name of the suburb- eg West Melton - should be re-entered as Melton West.

Aus Post likes the NSWE directions after the area.

If that doesn't work I then put in a suburb matching the postcode that does work - then manually change it on the label when it's printed.

Try those and see if they work.

(Although you've probably fixed it by now)

Sometimes it doesn't let you edit anything at all. No idea why but if I close eBay and login again it works ok.
