Ebay is making it hard for sellers introducing things to make buyers happy. How about educating the same buyers....

Item sold on 13 September.

Item not paid for and UPI case opened and case closed by ebay With FVF fee refunded.

Received this today - " hi, are you going to let me make payment 1st October. if so cancel case,thanks"

Buyer may have discovered he can't buy from other sellers with the strike and thinks he can make good now.

But you have a very valid point, too many both buyers and sellers don't know how to use ebay properly.

And easy education is the key.

There should be a quick steps guide (troubleshoot) that is there to use from My ebay, one for buying and one for selling.

Geez they've got a hide haven't they? If people ask for a payment extension, for whatever the reason, I am happy to oblige, but if there is no contact, they get whacked with an UPI dispute. I hope you added them to your blocked buyer list.
