Just looking for some advice...Hope its not a stupid question....

I sell on two profiles:The products are quite similar on each but one profile is significantly less successful than the other. I have a number of big spending customers on the successful profile (this one) and I would like to point them in the direction of the other through ebay messaging.

What the best way of doing this? Up until now I have been emailing a link to an actual product listing but is there a better way? Is it actually possible to search under seller ID in some way?

Thank you!

You could include a flyer in with their purchases. That way you can explain fully why you are sending them to the other ID.

And yes, you can search by seller ID - Advanced Search, seller name/ID.

You can direct buyers straight from your listings. I have a "click here" button that opens the page of the other store.
