Have you checked that it's one that you can reply too?

Does the Email you want to reply to have a bit attached that says do not reply as that Email addy is not

monitored?

You haven't gone over the allowable characters,(eg: the reply is to big).

Otherwise try clearing Cookies and Cache maybe,(as that seems to fix some eBay problems).

I replied to a message from a seller yesterday and they replied back saying they couldn't see my reply. I had used my normal email client (which I nearly always do) as opposed to eBay message centre. I then tried to reply via eBay messaging directly and they got my reply no issues.
