Does anyone know who qualifies for these promotions?

And if non-store sellers get 40 each month .... why bother. I don't qualify anyway.

Why don't you qualify? It's for everybody and it's free of fvf's

Insertion Fees and Final Value Fees will be waived for the first 3 items listed during the Promotion Period using either Auction or Fixed Price listing formats (see exclusions below).

That could be a tidy sum for a lot of sellers

This one (the free insertion and no FVF) is usually sent to members who haven't sold, I suppose to entice them to catch the "eBay bug" - the only ID I ever get the invite on is one that I used once for a purchase, and is not registered as a seller.

What a load of eBay garbage.

Trying to induce the ever dwindling number of sellers to list, hoping for their three sales. Wow!!! What a promotion. I don't think!!!

Seems that eBay have realized that their new policies, coupled with the PP freebies has backfired.

It also seems that eBay are attempting to 'p... in my pocket . Quote from a www source - It means “don’t take me for a fool, don’t try to deceive me, don’t flatter me with your lies”.

How do we know that the promotion even exists? After all, we only have eBay's word for it that it does.

Their track record for honesty of late is such that I wouldn't believe a bloody word they say any more. 😞

I'm also wondering whether there have been any invites sent out. There's usually at least one person on the forums that got an invite, yet at this stage, no-one has come forward.

Maybe it's like Willy Wonka, you have to find the golden ticket and there are only 10 tickets.

No invite here either.

Way to make your customers feel 'special' ebay... nice exercise in promoting loyalty... not.

They probably only sent the invites to the plethora of o/s scammer accounts, who hit & run & don't deliver/pay up anyway, so there's nothing for ebay to lose by offering them a few freebie sales.
